Excellent service and product. The installers were great.

They sent out two young men to do all windows. the next day only one showed up because the he didn't like working with someone else. It took a long time to finish and they left broken glass all over and obviously the guy had no idea how to install windows in an old house. I've had to have one window removed and reinstalled. They don't really care if you are unhappy and I would never have them work at my home ever. If I could afford to replace my windows I would.

They showed up promptly and on time. They only took a few days off to fix a problem at another job that came up. When they finished, everything looked good and I was really happy. It was almost immediate that I noticed fiberglass and sheetrock dust coming out of my air ducts. The fiberglass was coming from the new air system that they installed over the tub. The installer had gotten fiberglass in the system, which contaminated the bathroom. I finally got the air system cleaned out and repaired by another company. Eleven months later, I was having another company out to check on the HVAC system, and he told me that there was moisture around the door of the crawl space. I originally thought the roof was looking, but a specialist who checked the flooring of the bathroom said that there was moisture under the house. The hot water line was leaking under the tub, he cut out a piece of pipe that was not used or installed correctly and fixed the leak. Under the house, the leak caused a flood that ended up causing a mold and mildew problem that I am in the process of getting fixed. The extra cost to fix these issues is almost $24,000.00, and Selig says that their insurance doesn't cover water leaks and they are not going to help pay for the repairs.

They are really good. They were very professional.

I did a kitchen and bathroom remodel four years ago. The job was done incorrectly somehow in the bathroom so they recently redid it at no cost to me, they honored their mistake. They were very easy to work with. They presented and explained everything. Except for the fact that I ended up having a wrong floor in the bathroom because the shower pan somehow was leaking. Other than that, I had no complaints. They had one of the workman who was a master carpenter who really did a beautiful job. The tile work was great but there was a problem with the bathroom. In terms of quality of work, for most parts it was pretty good. I might use their services again in the future.
