The job was completed in a timely manner. Heath Russell came to do an estimate, and then came back to do the job. I liked that the same person who did the estimate also did the job (he's a dynamite one-man band). Many window-door places want to sell you a retrofit vinyl door or window, which is made of toxic, oil-based material. The largest door place in Paradise doesn't even do milled or aluminum. I just wanted to do this one slider because it's soooo big (all other windows in house are single pane and aluminum), thinking this would help retain heat in winter. To do the whole house was too expensive. Replacing the floor trim was challenging because getting the right size trim was not available. Heath came back to finish this one little detail, which was above and beyond the call of duty.
