Andrew takes great pride in his work. He was patient and made sure we had the best pieces of lumber, matched the design of the rest of the remaining fence, saw and replaced the small gate we have to get in to our neighbor's yard, and made sure everything was cleaned up and in perfect condition before leaving every day.

Andrew is one of those rare contractors that go above and beyond. Stay's true to his word. Very professional, courteous, explains what is being done step by step..I have used him on other major projects with the same results. One of Chico's Best!

Mr. Rohrer called the day before they were to show up to discuss all they were going to do. He was friendly and warm. The day of the demolition they were on time and ready to go. He covered all surfaces and hung plastic curtains to contain the mess. They worked quickly and efficiently until they had all the tile removed. Took away all debris and left my kitchen Clean! This person is a professional in every sense of the word.

Andrew removed walls around tub area so the plumber could come in and put the pipes in for the shower,the plumber Sam came and installed the pipe for the shower,and Jessy set the tile. Everyone of them cleaned up after themselves. All of them were very friendly and did a very good job . We are very pleased with the work.

I am so happy to have found a reliable and excellent handyman! I called Rohrer Construction on Tuesday and we set up an appointment for Thursday (today) for Andrew to put up Xmas lights. He was very courteous and professional on the phone. He even called to confirm on Wed. night. I felt certain that everything would go well, but he exceeded my expectations. He showed up right on time at 8:00 this morning. He (patiently) listened to my ideas and made some excellent suggestions. Then he did what it took to set up the lights perfectly, including buying the necessary hooks and cord. He was very friendly and happy, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. And the best part: he charged less than the price he had quoted over the phone, even though he needed to buy materials to complete the job to his high standards. I just got home, and took a quick walk on the block to check out my new Xmas lights. I was so thrilled with how they looked that I decided to take the time to write this review immediately. I sincerely couldn't have been happier with this experience.

Best thing I ever did with my home! Over a year and every day I still love my new bathroom. Andrew did an amazing job with my limited budged, including enlarging the room itself. I'll be doing the kitchen next and won't hesitate to hire Andrew again. A+ job!

Andrew Rohrer is a licensed contractor. We've had Andrew work for us several times over the last 6 years. I know 3 other people who've worked with Andrew and they all sing his praises. He comes to work on time, and ready to go. He never slows down and is always thinking 6 steps ahead. He's very considerate, (won't walk across your floor with muddy boots) and has great manners. No wasted time forgetting parts and making extra trips to Home Depot or Lowes. He's friendly, efficient, HONEST and picks up when you call. He's made home repair so easy, I'll never use anyone else, and I refer all my friends! I even signed up for Angie's List so I can let other people know that they should hire Andrew, he's one of the "Good Guys." :)
