Prismatic Pools

Ben at Prismatic Pools always does a great job. My pool is always sparkling! I never have to worry about my pump, filter, or if the pool was cleaned. Ben is friendly, respectful, and always communicates when there is an issue that needs attention. Rain or shine I know my pool will be taken care of.

Ben has exceeds our expectations. He is punctual, notices needed repairs and communicates clearly the needs and condition of our pool. We are very pleased.

I have had a few different pool companies over the 10 plus years I have owned my pool. I wasn’t happy with any of them. I would have to ask for things to be done like can you clean the filter my sweeper isn’t working etc. I was at a pool store buying pool supplies and talking to the cashier telling him my problems. He gave me a card for Prismatic Pools and said his name was Ben. I called. Ben came out and I hired him to be my pool guy. I didn’t expect to like the job he did better then anyone else I’ve hired. Well , over the months I noticed he cleaned my filter before I had to ask him to. Parts were being replaced that needed replacing. My pool looks sparkly and not dingy. He is great with my dogs . AND he has never left my gate opened for my dogs to get lost. If your looking for a pool company I would recommend Prismatic pool company.

Ben is fast, detailed, thorough, explains things easily, price is reasonable and he is careful not to let the dog out of the fence.
