The hook-up of the printer went fine, but after the tech. left, the computer was EXTREMELY slow, plus I would get screen flickering on start up. It would take several tries to get my password accepted to even get into the computer. To open Quick Books took over thirty minuites. I called them back for several days and the best they could tell me was " We have a tech working on that". I finally went to a different Company, they removed the the back-up and everything straightened back out. I just felt that they did not view my job as something worth their time.
