Moe's Plumbing

Made an appointment with Moe's this morning, took time off work and
waited 3 hours for them.  They forgot.  Say NO to
Moe!

They are always punctual and get the job done in a timely manner.

Did a very thorough job and was very professional. I really thought the cost was a little high, but I guess that is what it costs to come from Chico to Magalia.

They are very responsive. Moe quickly got to the problem. They did the work as described very professionally. Their service and performance is of high quality.

The plumber said they would bill. I never received a bill until one and a half years later and then they tried to make it seem like I was at fault.

Price not available as Moe sends the bill later. Two guys arrived about an hour late but did a good job repairing the leak and cleaned up after themselves.

We phoned Moe's Plumbing for an estimate for new sink faucets in our two bathrooms. Moe came out to our home and we picked the faucet we wanted installed from a catalog. A few days later Moe's assistant, Jose, came to our home and installed the faucets in each bathroom. There were no hassles. The job was done promptly. Jose gave us a suggestion on how to remove water stains from our sinks. I bought the product he suggested and I cleaned up our sinks. They look great. We would use Moe's Plumbing again.

One interesting thing though. It took months for Moe to get around to sending us his bill. This wasn't a problem for us. Maybe Moe was very busy. We were about to call him about it to remind him. We hadn't wanted to bother him thinking he may have been very busy taking care of business and would eventually get around to billing us.

Moe's did an excellent job repairing the problem and assured me if I had any other issues to call them right back. The price and professionalism was great. Service was extremely prompt.

It went very well. It was a small problem but he took care of it in about 15 minutes. The only thing is that I didn't get an estimate and they said they would bill me, but I don't know if I'm concerned about it. So, I'm just kind of waiting to see what I get billed. He showed up within an hour after I called him and fixed the problem quickly. He did a good job, was friendly, and the whole works.

Moe and his worker showed up within two hours at the agreed upon time with two service vehicles. They immediatly diagnosed the problems and from my earlier description of the issues had the tools and parts on hand for a complete repair of every issue. Moe was very professional, honest, knowledgable, and polite as was his worker. The cost was very fair and everything was repaired better than we expected. I have been a real estate broker for 30 years and have dealt with many plumbers in my day and now, after using Moe's Plumbing, I won't be shopping for a plumber ever again. I live in Durham in a large home and my only regret is that I used a neighbor plumbing contractor instead of Moe's when I built my home.

I had problems with some plumbing. They came out and they weren’t able to fix it. However, they were very courteous. They gave me a reference of somebody who could fix the problem. They needed some kind of special tool for the job, which they didn’t have. They referred me to somebody who did. They did a satisfactory job. They didn’t charge me for coming out. They didn’t offer me an estimate. They were at my home for an hour and they couldn’t fix the problem. It is a father-son company. The son came out and notified his father that the job couldn’t be done. I called the company that they had referred. The guy came out and he had the necessary equipment. He did the job. I thought this company was limited in what it could do, but they knew that and it was fine with me. I was satisfied that they didn’t charge me anything. They were adequate. I will use them again in the future for some simple work. If it is complicated, I will not use them.

He is great. I spent about $90 on the service. I have never seen him do anything I have disliked. That man is so affable. He always does quality work. He is hard to get hold of, but once I get him, he is great. I will use him again in the future.

I contacted Moe's about changing out a residential water heater. Manuel was very courteous and said they could change out my old water heater with the new one I had purchased during a particularly impressive sale. He actually explained that even though the old water heater was making noises from the scale buildup that it would continue to provide hot water until such a time that the water heater would stop working, if I chose not to replace it right now. The other plumbing companies I contacted were considerably more expensive and tried to get me to return the water heater I had purchased and buy one of theirs. They told how the one I bought wouldn't last and wouldn't be covered by their warranty. Anyway, the job was scheduled at my convenience and on the day of work Jose showed up at the promised time and in about an hour had the whole job done. He cleaned up his mess in the garage and carted away the old water heater. Jose told me to let them know if there were any troubles and I have none to report. The new water heater provides hotter water faster and with no noise. Thank you Jose for the great job and I would recommend Moe's Plumbing in Chico to any of my family, friends, and neighbors.

There are too many stories to tell, but the last one will suffice. My water heater died on a weekend. I left a message for Moe on Monday morning , letting him know. I was convinced that the water heater would need to be replaced. I also had to be in Sacramento that same day. I arranged for him to be able to come in ( I have done this for years without being present) and he was able to fix the unit without replacing it. In today''s economy, we are all hard pressed to make ends meet. Plumbing costs can hurt a budget quickly, but not with Moe. He is so honest- and equally capable to do what you need. I would never trust anyone else.
