LOWE'S

Well, the sales clerk said it was really easy to install, but I had to come back the next day to get further instructions.... they were very helpful and the installation went fine.

We bought a large appliance and some other things from LOWE'S and they delivered it. They were friendly and professional when they delivered it. The appliance had some problems and they were not helping in getting it fixed. The price was good. The punctuality was fine. It depends if I would use LOWE'S in the future if needed.

I spent way too much but that would be anywhere. I will shop around in the future.

SYNOPSIS OF POOR CUSTOMER SVC FROM LOWES FEB 27, 2012

February 25, 2012, Saturday afternoon about 5:00 pm, I went into our garage freezer to get something out for dinner. Much to our surprise, the food was thawing! Our freezer was over 25 yrs old as we bought it in Lompoc, CA @ the Montgomery Ward’s Store just before they went out of business. We knew we had to get another one and soon! Hubby went out and bought 3 big bags of ice which we put in freezer hoping it would keep things frozen; it did. On Sunday, 26 Feb 12, our search for a new freezer began @ Home Depot in Chico, CA. We then went to K-Mart, then Sears, ending up at Lowe's in Chico, CA. We found a freezer that we wanted. Salesman came over to talk with us and we told her we needed it sooner than later. She said she would get her dept mgr and override the delivery date of Friday 3/2 so we could get it sooner. She did; it was delivered around 9:00 am with them calling around 6:50 am to let us know. The delivery guys were excellent. When they took box off of the freezer, the door latch was completley torn off. After he talked with his mgr, they left us the one without the handle so we would not lose our frozen food and wrote it on the invoice so they will be delivering new one when it comes in.
