Joe and his crew were were reliable and did an excellent job both times we used them. Job site was always left cleaned up each night and the jobs were done on schedule and price didn't change from what we were told. Would highly recommend Joe and his crew.

We were satisfied with the painting that was done on the fascia boards and on the garage side door. Our complaint was with the front door. We were deciding between two colors and I asked him if we could put sample paint on the door (would it mess up the final finish) his response was and quot; No, he would be re-sanding the whole door.and quot; So, my husband slapped up the two colors we were thinking about so we could decide. On the day we had the work done the door was not sanded. When we looked at the door later that day we realized you could see all the outlines of the painted sample colors. We asked him to come back and sand the door and re-do the paint job. Joe Shaw came back and put a young worker (perhaps the same one who originally did the door) in charge of the re-do. Meanwhile Joe did a few touchups on the fascia. The worker did sand the areas in question but not to fully smooth. He then proceded to repaint those sections only. He then applied a few swipes of new paint on two areas of the dry paint (not a good idea with semi gloss paint). They then both just left without us even knowing they were departing, with no chance for us to even inspect the reapair. The door now looks even worse as you can still see the shadow of the sample paint below and now you can see the brush swipes at the bottom of the door and one mid way down. During the re-do the painter also got paint on the hardware (door knobs and hinges) and also on the white interior edges (red paint on the interior white). My husband was able to clean up most of it.
We had zero confidence in calling him back again to try again to fix the door. I am currently trying to find a more competent and careful painter.
On a side note, the dark grey fascia paint was tracked in several places on our back patio concrete.

He had a good price and got the job done in a short period of time. He pretty much met our expectations. He was very willing to do things that we specifically asked about.
