Matt did a good job putting some new vinyl flooring in the kitchen of a rental for me. When it came time to do the bathrooms, some problems were found with the subfloor. They needed reinforcement. He let me know and I authorized the work, and now the subfloor is solid and the floor above is holding up well. Everything is good now, after 2-1/2 years. In summary, I'm quite satisfied with the work and the pricing.

Matt and his staff are always professional and thoughtful. They clean up after their work. They are able to do multiple handyman tasks which make them very useful to me. Always polite. Always cheerful and helpful.
