The whole process went very well. From original purchase to installation, was professional and complete. We did have issues with the faucets that we purchased as they were not what we had expected as far as quality and functionality. We decided to just deal with the faucets as they were because it would be more hassle to change them than the trouble they created.

Bill Guano was on time and worked throughout a very hot day with no inch break. He did everything he said he would do and more he is very pleasant and helpful. Deck is like new again. I'm very pleased.
