It went great. Both men were very friendly, courteous and professional. They were neat and very patient with my questions. I will certainly use this service again when I get new equipment.

 It went quite smoothly. They got in and did everything as they should have.They programed the remote and gave us instruction on how to use it.

Our 42" Toshiba LCD TV stopped working 6 months after we bought it, which is i guess a rare issue, so we called Best Buy and told them what happened and it took them 2 months to even get out here(seriously). Once they were here, they brought the wrong part and said that it would be another 10 days for the new part to come in and they would call us as soon as they got it. 3 weeks later, we called them and the lady on the phone said the part had come in 2 and a half weeks ago, but nobody called us. So we set up a new appointment to have them come out. Once he got here he went to put in the part, and it was the same part as before and he told us it would be another 10 days to receive the new part. To this day it has been 3 months since our TV stopped working and our TV still does not work. Thanks guys! Not.
