+ -1 moreWe have used and received flowers from Rachelle several times over the years. We would rate this establishment at the top of florists we have used over many decades. The arrangements are always artistic jewels with fresh, fragrant flowers. If you want to send flowers in Chico, CA look no further. The prices are competitive and the products are superb. We wouldn't use anyone else.
Description of Work: Provided a flower arrangement for an anniversary dinner at a local restaurant.
