This company is ridiculous very poor work and horrific prices!! I purchased a Kinetico water system while living in Vacaville and we loved the system so much we paid for them to come out and uninstall system so we could bring it to our new house. When we moved we asked our Kinetico dealer down there for the closest to our new residence in Loma Rica for it to be installed. Fletcher's was given to me as contact well the first time I called and left message I was never called back so a week later I called and asked for them to give me a quote. They scheduled to come the following week. The price I was was quoted was almost $3,000 dollars! I couldn't believe it but with retreat we moved forward as we paid a small fortune for the system already! Thinking a Kinetico dealer would keep in mind they are a dealer but they didn't charged me that price which is insane right!!! Well I wished I could say that was the end of the story but it is not! We had it installed in June which the installer had to come back once just to fix a leak! So I was watching system and noticed salt level not going down at all and water didn't seem right. So I called them to come back out and test my water inside and the outside water as it was supposed to raw water! I was extremely disappointed to find out the water in the house was not soft at all and clearly wasn't installed correctly!!! I was assured when installed the water would be tested but after installation I never seen the installer test the water! The worst part is I have been using for over two months on all my appliances thinking they were good well I guess not!! Story is still not complete so you would think after contacting and them finding out over a week ago they did not install correctly they would have come back immediately but still not!! I had to call back three times to see why they haven't come or contacted me and finally last week end of August I got a calm and the installer would be out Tuesday the 6th of September in the afternoon!! As I am writing this the time is 2:47 PM and I still have not seen anyone nor have I even received a phone call to tell me a time!!! Mind you this will be the fifth time we have had to change our plans to wait for them to show up for work total and this is ridiculous!!! Who wants to bet if they would have done my work and I never paid them for their service or my check bounced they would not let this rest and would expect to get paid!! Well I am the same way I have waited for them feel like I got ripped off in the first place but wanted my appliances protected and now come to find out they haven't been I am furious to say the least!!! This should be a huge warning to everyone needing plumbing repair and go to the next guy because they will not fix it proper nor come back when they don't!! And they over charge people for their work even Kinetico dealer this is disgraceful!! Well still waiting to hear from them as it is now 3:30!! Good luck and beware!!!

They were able to accommodate a same day appointment to properly cap a gas line behind clothes dryer.  We wanted a licensed contractor to perform this task.  Can't be too safe with gas lines.

Rick arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He removed the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and reinstalled the toilet. The work was completed before i knew it. All traces of the work were cleaned up and removed, and what remained was a clean, dry floor, a clean toilet, and brilliant new caulking. Overall excellent in every way. Thanks Rick! I will definitely call Fletcher's if and when I need any plumbing work done in the future. AAA+++

The guy was very efficient and knowledgable. He was very good about explaining what he was doing and how I could prevent the problems in the future. I also felt that he was very honest and professional.

Our experience with them was good. They were punctual. They did a good job, although we thought they were a little over priced. We don't use plumbers often and so we don't know what they charge.

First I called the them and they took down my information to pass to one of the water treatment people. Within about an hour I was contacted and an appointment set to come out to my home. When they arrived the tech put covers on his boots to make sure not to track dirt into my home. He sat down with me and asked why I was concerned about my water and what my main problems were. He also explained the steps that would be done to find an answer to why I was having this problem. He went through and checked the backs of my toilets to see what had collected there, never thought to look in there myself. Then he brought in test kits that looked like a small labratory and tested my water. After the testing he went over what was found and what it all meant to me. He then went over options for treating my water and why each option was different and what it would do. I ended up choosing the top due to warranty and flow for my home.

When installation day came the tech that came out took the time to put down tarps to make sure that my floor stayed clean.He went over were the systems would be installed and what to expect. It took him most of the day to install it and then he went over how to take care of it. Really nice young man who I would ask for again if I needed other work.

After about a week the treatment tech called me to find out how the system was working and if I wanted to have the water tested again. I noticed such a huge change in the water that I knew it was working.

Great experience. Salesman/technician was polite, efficient and easy to work with. Got a great price and the work was done immediately. When a problem arose with the water source, the Fletcher's rep called the local water company and had them come out to fix an outside valve that was faulty . I had asked the water company about that valve a couple of times and they never did anything! It got fixed so we have better water pressure than ever.

The workmen were clean and left not a trace of the work they did. I would have Fletcher's back again in a heartbeat.

The work was done in a professional manner by Branden. He cleaned up after himself. The negative part is the price, they charge $29.50 just to show up and give you an estimate, then they flat quote from there book. The price given was $371.00, they don't negotiate or do anything on an hourly rate. Lowes, where I purchased the toilets would have done the same job for $150 per toilet.

So far so good with everything they installed. We are very pleased with the final positive outcome. The whole experience was so worth it. The kitchen remodeling was such an instant upgrade to my home.
