Description of Work: Robert Evans ( the owner of the company) and his assistant arrived at my home as per the request of my contractor. It was around 3:30 pm. They were to install an electrical outlet underneath the deck extension to my above ground pool. This would be for the pump. They seemed professional. They surveyed the site, asked questions and opened the access door to the area under the deck. The assistant swung it open rather hard and pulled it off it's top hinge. He went to get a screwdriver and removed the door completely and leaned it against my pool. They looked at what had to be done, then went and called Chuck, my contractor. Chuck thought it would be around $100.00 and take an hour or so. Robert came back to me and said it would take 3 hours and cost $500.00. I said I would not have that kind of cash until next month and asked them if they were going to put that access door back on. They said they weren't going to. I asked them if they told Chuck they busted it off. They said they forgot to tell him. Then they drove away. I don't think I will hire them. What if they break something else, will they just drive away? That seemed to be rather ridiculous to the point of being laughable except it was my property being destroyed. I have arthritis, I can't re-hang the door. I left a message with Chuck that he will have to fix it, because I certainly can't.

Description of Work: They fixed some electrical issues such as miscellaneous wiring problems in my new house.
