Lawn Service
I prepaid him $100 cash to mow and blow my lawn for the month of July. I got a receipt from him. I ended up firing him prior to him doing the lawn and he won't reimburse me for the job he didn't do. I have sent 2 letters on July 8th and 1 on July 29th and he has yet to respond to me with the exception of a harassing phone call. I do not recommend him for 2 reasons 1. Miss information about replacing the sprinkler system (I paid a sprinkler professional to come out and evaluate the system and he said it does not need replaced) just a valve cleaning, 2. Roy Roberts, owner stated that the main water valve was shared between my neighbor and me. The professional actually found the valve to the house (not shared). It was less than a step away from the neighbors. I had asked him to check the main valve Roberts said the main valve wasn't turned on all the way ending up tampering with my new neighbors valve. I paid him up front. He does not respond to my calls and complaints.
