The elder father and son do very sloppy and cut corners on their services and supplies. They trenched and broke the sewer line and covered it up without repairing it. I had to hire another plumber to video the line to find it. They left holes on the exterior walls and around all the plumbing and didn't even insulate/fill them in. I had dozens and dozens of issues with them. They flooded out a bathroom, lines are crooked, did not realign bathroom fixtures, did not replace all old pipes as stated in the contract, left partial old pipes still sticking out of walls, used hose bibs for laundry hookups and no faucets and they were to high so the water splattered. So they then added cut off hoses to lower the flow closer to the sink. They eventually added the faucets that I paid for. They would not show up some days to go to other jobs and delayed this job for over a month. Some of the fittings are lifetime warranty but because they were not installed properly they are not under warranty. They didn't alert me of bathtub seals that were bad and dripping that they worked directly over. They used caulk to cover up the old piping that was 5 times the area they needed to caulk so it looks horrible and messy. They would leave the job and not turn the water heaters back on and I had upset tenants as this happened more than once. They dripped metal drippings on the side walk which they did not clean up until I had to ask them. They caulked around the toilets and left gaps from the caulk that didn't even touch the base of the toilet. I asked them to remove it as it was never requested and they scraped a piece of the flooring out. At some point I had to hire another plumber to fix other issues the created and am still finding more.

Needed to switch out a gas tankless water heater to a traditional electric tank heater. The guys from Eagle plumbing assisted me in selecting the correct heater for me, capped my gas lines, uninstalled the existing tankless heater and installed the new heater. Their bid was reasonable and Elaine was great to work with as well. They even killed a black widow spider for me! Highly recommend!

This was THE BEST experience I have ever had with a plumber. I did not want to replace my hot water heater but unfortunately it was time. They explained exactly what was wrong and how I could make my new heater installation safer and to prevent damage in case there was a problem later.
