+ -1 moreThey were very thorough. They went around checking to see where the signal was and it turned out it was up a tree. The guys were very thorough, friendly and informative. They just did a wonderful install job.
Description of Work: We just used DigitalPath to put a dish on a tree.

+ -1 moreThe installer, Mike, worked hard to find a signal for me. He came close to having to give up because it had been an hour without a clean signal. It's not easy with all the hills and trees. But he found a good signal!!!! The rest of the install went smoothly. The service is working 99% of the time. Approx. 4 times a week, for about 20 minutes, the service will hiccup and web pages take two minutes to load. The speed is wonderful. I consistently get 2.2 MB - 2.8 MB down and 850kbps - 1.2 up. ping is 23-25ms. Unlimited bandwidth. I can watch Hulu, YouTube and Watch Instantly Netflix. I love DigitalPath.
Description of Work: Signed up for monthly internet. I live in the Butte Creek Canyon area. Until DigitalPath came along, it was either dialup or satellite. After 6 years on Hughes satellite, DP is a dream come true! DigitalPath has been continually adding more equipment to Butte County and they called me to see if I wanted service. YOU BET YA! There is an install fee, then rural service is $53 monthly.
