Description of Work: Had a very good experience with Dave's Muffler. Dave was friendly and responsive to what I needed done. In just a couple of hours the repair was finished and I was on my way.

Description of Work: I had muffler problem, I had hit deep gutter coming out of business and the noise increased over two weeks and the smell of exhaust. I asked a family member to look at it that had experience, he said that the accordian portion behind the donut in the muffler had holes in it and he was unable to assist me. I signed up for Angie's list, got Dave's Muffler's phone number and called them. I was surprised because Dave gave me a quote over the phone from the information I gave him (above). I could not go in that day but he said the following Monday was good, no appointment necessary just bring it in for a couple of hours and they would have it back to me that day. I took it in on Monday, and it was out that afternoon, and they stayed within the amount they quoted. My car noise is completely gone, and no smell of exhaust. And I could not have been happier with the price. THANK YOU DAVE'S MUFFLER.

+ -1 moreThe next moring I went to pick up my car. He had welded the tailpipe back on the muffler and repaired the damage to the muffler. And! He properly installed it back on my car since it was falling off. When I inquired about I owed him for the sevice, he said "No Charge!" He said it was easy for him to fix and he was glad to be able to help me! Amazing! He was truely friendly and such a gentleman. I will always recommend him to anyone needing muffler service or a new muffler. He informed me that I will probably need to replave this old muffler in 2-3 years. And you bet! He's got my business!
Description of Work: 15 or so years ago, I needed a muffler. I was told by a friend to see Dave, as he was a great guy and honest. He sold me a muffler and it worked very well until recently, when someone drove into it. The tailpipe came loose from the muffler and also as a result of the accident, was damaged. I called Dave and we set up an appointment for early Monday morning. He gave me a ride home from the shop and we laughed about how long ago he'd installed this very muffler. His shop was busy, so I arranged to pick up my car the next morning. He locked my car up in his shop overnight, and I didn't have to worry about it.
