It had a small blemish in the paint which they agreed to repair. When the day came for the work to be done, they provided a car and driver to take me home, then pick me up when the work was done. When it was time for an oil change, I took it to the dealership for the work. It was my first trip there. To my surprise, I was told there would be no charge for this first oil change because they wanted me to see how their service department worked. I had not been told it would be free, so it was a pleasant surprise. | |I have purchased two cars from Courtesy. I think most people are put off by the car buying experience and I'm not exception. However, both experiences were pretty reasonable. Not fun, mind you, but the staff did all they could to make it less painful. I left with a sense I had been treated fairly.

We were given an appointment quickly. The service department was very professional with the expertise needed to repair my vehicle. Car was serviced and washed within 3 hours. Hardly any down time for me.

I like it. It is pricey but it is really good. They tell you ahead of time what they are going to do. They give you an accurate estimate. If they need to keep your car over night, they provide you with a rental. They explain well what the problem is, once they figure it out and what is involved. Their waiting area has a television. They used to have cookies and coffee but they cut out on the cookies after they changed ownership. The price is a little high. Their quality of work is excellent; there is no problem. I would use them in the future.

It was fine, they seemed to be prompt and capable. The car is running well and they were pretty quick about it.

After the initial purchase of the car, their service went IMMEDIATELY down hill!! They misquoted the price of having a blue tooth installed in the car, but made up a lame excuse when I called them on it. They said that a roof rack we ordered and paid for at the time of sale would be here in 2 days, and it took a week. They told me to come back in and sign new loan papers, as they had found a better rate for me, but then I suggested even another bak to check on, they NEVER called me back. I called the General Manager 3 days later to complain, and he said they would get back to me. Once again, they never called me back, so I decided to try to find my own financing, as I was still under the impression that there was no financing on the car. When I obtained this, the bank called them to get a quote, and they had sold the loan to the original bank. I called their finance manager to confirm this, and asked him to call me back, but again, NO call. They have been SO unprofessional through this whole transaction, I will NEVER buy another car from them, and will tell all my friends what terrible service they provide.
