Haven't had to many problems. The installation guy was nice and got the job done. Some of the time I get brown outs but they are no more than two hours.

They hid costs and provided inaccurate information about services with the security system.
Installation people were subcontractors and knowledgable but were not able to assist us with the greater issues such as cost and information regarding services. Conversations via telephone with Comcast led to repeated confusion. We had the system removed in two weeks; however, we continue to receive phone calls as though we have security system service. This "low cost" security is to be avoided if at all possible.
