Professional. Showed up exactly on time. Outstanding work ethic. Glass so clean we almost walked thru sliding glass door. I've had my windows cleaned professionally for 20 years when I lived in San Jose - but Rich is the best.

 I use him twice a year and have done that for the past 3 years, and I"m pleased with the results every time.  

Richard has been cleaning the windows of our home for two years, and he only has one problem: he's a perfectionist. His logo is "expect the absolute best" and it is true. He does all of the work himself. I enjoy my house so much more when he's done - you feel like you could reach through the windows and touch the tree outside. This guy is a hard worker. He's set up and starting within 5 minutes of pulling up to the house and he doesn't stop working until it's done, even if you talk with him he keeps working. If you want your windows to look better than new, then he's your provider. He removes and soaks the screens, washes the windows, cleans them, washes again and cleans with a "squeegee", cleans the screens and replaces them, then comes into the inside and cleans the inside of the windows including the tracks, digging out the dirt and dust and until the tracks sparkle and the windows are spotless. It would take me days to get them close to being as clean as he does in two hours - he has it down to a science.
