Gene was always punctual and professional, and stayed within the timeframe he had given us. He kept us informed along the way and gave very thorough answers to our questions to make sure we understood everything. We also really liked all the contractors he worked with (i.e. electrician and plumber) - they were all very professional and courteous.
His wife, Dianne, runs the office and was always very pleasant and professional on the phone. She was always quick to get answers to my questions and was always such a pleasure to talk to. They are very down to earth business owners and they make a great team.
We are so happy with the work - we are finally able to get rid of those ugly window units and can't wait to use the air conditioner this summer. Gene gave us the BEST looking unit in the neighborhood and we will definitely use him for all our future services.
