Chuck Patterson went the extra mile in trying to get Chrysler to respond to the problem. They called them numerous times and looked for solutions outside their normal channels. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. The problem wasn't resolved, but the problem was Chrysler, not Chuck Patterson.
