I bought my car new three years ago. I have only brought it in for scheduled services and maintenance covered by warranty. I'm not sure what to expect now that I'm going to have to pay. Hopefully the costs will be competitive and the work will be done well but I'm not able to answer these questions now.

Chico VW are great folks to work with. Easy drop off and pickup ride services to and from my workplace. Costs are reasonable, service is done on time, and the staff is friendly.
