They are wonderful and very good. It is amazing with the way they put my cat to sleep by dimming the lights. I have not experienced anything like this before and it was really nice. They are very pleasant and the place is very clean as well as organized. They have one of their veterinarians that specialize in acupuncture for the cats.

I was very satisfied with Chico Hospital for Cats. I have used them several times and they are great and absolutely wonderful. They are very customer oriented. Some other vets make you feel like you need to pay the money upfront and they want you to do that before they even look at your animal and that's absurd, but Chico Hospital for Cats is not like that and are just really good. The staff is very friendly and they are very professional. I think their prices are pretty consistent with what other people are charging and I couldn't say enough good things about them.

The gal at the front desk was a bit off set that I wasn't my husband, who had made the appointment. Paperwork went quickly. The vet was good with the cat, could hold her and maintain control over the squirmer that she was. The cat approved of the vet, as well. The vet wasn't intimidating, listened to my concerns and answered my questions in a non-hurried manner. When I got back to the front of the clinic to check out, the bill was ready. The receptionist didn't give me a pen with my receipt so that I could sign it, she instead sent me to the cup of pens. On the whole, the receptionist was my least favorite part of the experience.
