and quot;Never ask a barber if he thinks you need a haircut” is an old business proverb. The barber is in the business of cutting hair; he doesn’t make money if you don’t get a haircut. If you ask a sales specialist if you need to buy that particular product, he’ll always say that you do.
Happily, in dealing with Butte Roofing we found this old business proverb was not the case.
We had a hail storm that damaged house roofs and cars around Chico. We asked Butte Roofing to inspect our roof for damage and to give us an estimate for repairs.
When we phoned Butte Roofing the woman answering the phone was friendly and helpful. She told me Mike would come by on Monday and do the inspection.
Mike arrived when the woman said he would. He inspected our roof and found no damage. He told us our roof should last at least another fifteen years before it would need replacement.
There was no charge for the inspection and estimate.
We were relieved to learn that there was no damage to our roof.
We would definitely hire Butte Roofing because of their professional and friendly service.

They did a great job. Arrived on time, completed work, were polite and did a great job of cleaning up.

They also did gutter work, which I didn't tell them to do and I ended up having to pay for that. He never followed through on what he said he was going to do and didn't keep his promises. They didn't complete the job on time and failed many appointments. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn upon my acceptance of this company's bid, that I only had to wait a few days before they started on my roof. They were very pleasant and helpful when I had questions. I wrote a few emails to the company, which were all promptly answered. My new roof is beautiful, and the crew cleaned up all the debris and left everything nice and clean, even hosing down the driveway. My experience was extremely pleasant and I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof.

Owner arrived at agreed upon time and provided an estimate. Workers arrived on time, were friendly and completed job professionally. Left the site clean.
