They have great customer service when there is problem. One thing I ordered were some tile liners that were discontinued elsewhere. Two shipments came one of which were mostly broken and they just sent new ones no questions asked. They were very good with that. I found a lot of their items were cheaper than another company for the same item. I would use them again in the future. I have already recommended it to a friend in a different state, and she has already received furniture that she really likes.
