I ordered a toilet from them on 10/12/12. They got right on the order and shipped it immediately. The shipment came in two packages, both of which were wrapped well to protect against damage.
I had previously ordered a different toilet from eFaucet.com and had terrible experiences with that company.
Within just a few minutes of placing my FaucetDirect order, I ordered the exact same toilet from Wayfair.com. The Wayfair company has been sending me e-mails about the order. The latest is that the shipment is again delayed and is now expected to arrive by 11/27/12. Whether it arrives then or not, I will not be using Wayfair again. Their price was a little higher than FaucetDirect, and taking so many weeks longer to ship the product is just not acceptable.
The reason I ordered toilets from different companies is that, while these are for my own house, I have started a new residential construction-related business which may sometimes entail replacing existing toilets in other houses. I wanted to get experience with different companies before a job comes along needing that service.
FaucetDirect.com is the same company as Build.com.
