Auto Service
Ben and assistant, Marlon sold me the car under the condition that I would pay the full asking price ($2500), but they would install a brand new AC. The AC install took 2 weeks (I was told that there was an undiagnosible problem with the new parts). Just when my patience had worn out, the repair was complete, and I found they had even replaced a cracked headlamp, tacked up some upholstery that was sagging, and replaced a broken stereo mount. However, the AC failed within 10 days. Ben was very gracious about replacing a bad part (compressor & switch) and returned the car within 24 hours (he even washed it). Unfortunately, the ABS went out shortly after that. I don't think I can really hold that against them though, the car is 17 years old, and the sale was "as-is". I am having the brakes repaired by a brake specialist.
