We felt very comfortable with the inspector and his work. He is VERY thorough and as picky as I am about things. This house is not very old and has been well maintained, but Loren uncovered very important things that we had completely missed, including a pretty big leak under the kitchen sink, leaks in master bath shower stall, the beginnings of dry rot on an exterior garage door -- the list goes on. He was also very clear about what he was not able to inspect because the owners' belongings were obstructing his access, but the details are all in the printed report so we can follow up on our own after we close on the house and move in.
