I called Gary on a Friday, desperate for help. The wifi kept kicking us off the internet and since this is my business, I needed help FAST! He came within the hour, got us up and running again and did so with such an ease that I felt confident and well taken care of. An absolute professional, this guy knows his stuff!

I was hurrying to get together a photo collage to give as a gift for Valentine's Day. At about twenty to five in the afternoon my computer suddenly crashed and all I had was a blue screen. Without any hope at all I called A Computer Guy only because that happened to be the first listing in the phone book. I got his voicemail and my heart dropped but I left a message. Within 5 minutes Gary was on the phone with me. He didn't ask me a million techie questions I didn't have the answer to. He said he was with someone else right now but he was almost done. He finished up with them and he was at my house by 5:25. He could not have been friendlier and didn't seem at all bent out of shape that this was after hours. He had my computer back up and working and somehow managed to save my photo project in just over an hour and 10 minutes. He charged me $65 for the call even though he had said that his charge was $65 per hour. He is a treasure and I will call him without hesitation for any future computer problems.

I USE THEM AT MY HOME AND OFFICE. I LIKE THAT THEY COME TO ME AND I DON'T HAVE TO HAUL MY COMPUTER TO THEM. THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY CALLS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL FACTORS, ESPECIALLY THEIR TECHNICAL SERVICES.
