A-1 GUARANTEE SPRINKLERS

First of all, Tom (owner) was the only one of three different sprinkler firms that returned my call requesting service.  That was/is a very big Plus!  He then made an appointment and showed up when he said he would.  We determined that two of the five valves needed to be replaced.  Since the system is so old, parts that seal/fit were no longer available.  Tom had to put complete new valves into the sprinkler line which required digging in the California Park rocky dirt.  The work was done when scheduled, and Tom was very easy to work with.  Those sprinkler lines have worked great ever since.
I would definitely use A-1 Guarantee Sprinkler again and highly recommend them.

It went very well. He does the work when he says he will do it. He returns phone calls. Tom is a reliable guy which is a big plus in my book.

As expected.

Tom performed a similar repair for my neighbor and she sung his praises, so I gave him a try, too. He was quick to call me back and despite a very busy schedule, was able to get to my job fairly quickly. He took the time to test all the sprinklers in our front and back yards and was able to diagnose why my lawn was dying in certain areas despite a good watering schedule. He took time and listened to me -- unlike lots of repair guys who think they know the problem before you've opened your mouth.
