Fabulous. I happened to catch them at the right time so when they arrived to look over the situation, they decided it was something they could do immediately. Asked me questions and listened. I also asked for his input and got it. They got to work immediately. Brought me back out when they had it all replaced so I could get pictures before they covered it up. Set all the sprinklers to spray the size needed for the area. We settled up. And they're off. Very professional yet friendly and easy to communicate with. I find all those three things important when dealing with a service provider.
