They are wonderful in every way. The price is good, and they are punctual.

I've had tree trimmers for years, but never have I worked with an outfit so professional. They showed up with all sorts of safety gear (hard hats, vests, harnesses, etc.), they were clean, and they got it all done in no time. The leader was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm in absolute awe about this company! I would recommend them to anybody!

Those guys are arborists. They know their stuff. It was just a trimming job. They didn't take a tree out or anything. I will use them again. I like the guys. They've been around for a long time. We've lived in the valley here 40 years. They've gone through a couple of owners and we knew the original guy. They're specialists. They specialize in tree health. They don't just start cutting branches and come knock your door and say, "Okay. I'm done."

We have have been using this company for 11 years to maintain our trees! The owners, Vince and Ron, really know their stuff and its obvious when you meet them. Our trees always look beautiful and we get many complements from friends and neighbors. Trees N' Things does outstanding work. Same crew. They are not the cheapest, but the price is fair when you consider that they are licensed contractors, carry liability insurance and workers comp. When I was first looking for tree service in 2001, I met other guys who downright lied to me about carrying insurance - absolutely shocking.

I thought that they did a decent job however. But the tree that they trimmed is dying. I called the owner a couple times to discuss what was wrong with the tree but, he never returned my calls. I'm never going to use them again.

It was the first time I had used them. They did a excellent job. They are friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. They were efficient, thorough and tidy.

I have used Trees N Things for many years. I have several extremely large trees that need to be pruned regularly so that they are not in danger of losing limbs during the Santa Ana Winds. I have an ash tree so large, that when it is pruned, the entire back yard is covered about four feet deep in limbs. When Trees N Things comes out to service my trees, Ron brings a crew with all the proper equipment so that there are no safety issues. This company prunes trees correctly. They do not hack at them or scalp them. When they have finished, the trees appear trimmed but also look good. My trees are very valuable in this area because they help shade the house when the weather is very hot. So I have always wanted to have them pruned regularly and correctly. Trees N Things provides this service for me. I never have to worry that my trees will be pruned badly.

Simple. Call them, they come for an estimate and then do the work. They are artists and extremely neat and polite.

I think they did a good job. The guy that came out to do the estimate, to look at the property seemed like he was knowledgeable. I think he was a certified arborist. They came on the day they said they would and did the work and we did not have any problem. I guess the price might be a little higher than what others charge. I chose to hire them anyway because they knew what they were doing and I didn't want anything to go wrong with the tree service. I got my money's worth. I would use them again in the future.

I called them for an estimate and the guy never turned up. I was really disappointed with them.

The representative arrived 30 minutes late, inspected the trees, and left. A few days later, the estimate arrived with a slightly incorrect description of the services we'd requested (two limbs and one tree removal, instead of the other way around). We called to request a corrected estimate, which we never received. Further phone calls went unanswered, so we ended up going elsewhere.

Our experience with this tree company was pretty good I am happy to say. They showed up on time and they were pleasant to talk to. They got the job done right the first time. They were exceptionally good at what they were doing and they even charged us a good price for the work they did. That made me feel good as a customer, so I would be more than happy to send more business their way.

We've used this company numerous times to trim two large trees that overhang our house. They always arrive on time, are very professional and polite, take pains to protect outdoor furniture and potted plants from damage, and clean up after themselves before they leave. The trees always look great after trimming; these folks know how to follow the natural lines of the tree while still ensuring maximum safety of your property. The workers are always accompanied by a supervisor who speaks good English and communicates clearly.

Trees and Things sent over an estimator to see what I needed done. The man who came was very nice and professional. He wrote me a bid and told me to call the office if I wanted to hire them. I called a few days later, they scheduled the work to be done 3 days later. A team of 5 people showed up, I showed them what needed to be done, they got right to work and to my surprise, they were in and out of there within a couple of hours, mess cleaned up, tree looking beautiful and me much happier to be out in my yard. I recommend this company highly.

After a meeting at the property on 10-26-06, a quote for the work was set, agreed to, confirmed in writing, and then after more than seven weeks of endless phone calls the company never showed up and the work was never performed despite assurances that it would be done.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, NEAT, FRIENDLY, AND RELIABLE. I HAD USED THEM BEFORE IN THE PAST. THEY CUT THE TREE INTO FIRE WOOD FOR ME. THEY CLEANED UP THE YARD. THEY ALSO STACKED THE FIREWOOD. THEY WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
