Pest Control
For the first year, it went well, but recently, I told the technician I did not want visits if I wasn’t home. I rescheduled a visit for 2 days later. The company sent a technician for mosquito control after I told them not to, and only did the front yard and failed to do the rear yard. They billed me for a service I didn’t want. I complained to customer service and told them I’m not paying for a service I didn’t request. They still sent me a bill. I’m going to pay it, because I don’t want anything to do with this company. They clearly do not care about their customers.
