He did not build the gate the way I thought we agreed to build it for the agreed price so I had to pay him more later to finish the job. Then when it broke, he installed a new board that looks used and burned and it did not work and he still demanded the money even though he did not fix it. So the next day I had to pay another company to fix the gate that Star Steel did not fix but still charged me for.

We were pressed for time as we were going through a refinance of the for our rental property in Los Angeles.  We called star steel and they were able to go out next day and complete the job.  It was fair priced and it was done right the first time which is always important.

Eyal and Ori met me at the job site. We discussed the issue we had and they offered solutions. Once we agree in the plan they fabricated and installed the panel. We were very happy to find out that they didn't save on quality materials and hardware.
