Tom was on-time, professional, and did a great job installing the plumbing for our kitchen remodel.  He also completed the plumbing install for three bathrooms after our previous plumber failed to finish the job.  Tom did a lot to correct the mistakes of the previous plumber, and even helped me document this so I could try to get my money back from the guy.  Everything stayed on budget and was finished in the time estimated, which was amazing!  We could not be happier with the service and will call them back whenever we need plumbing work.

The gentleman who came out was very knowledgable. They offered to give us a discount if we were to get the other work done that we had talked about. This company seems to be very professional and their prices are competitive. We are definitely considering them for this job.

I have used Tom for over five years now. He is my favorite vendor. What I like most about Tom includes (1) he always shows up when he says he will; (2) he is accessable and responsive; (3) he gives a price quote up front; and (4) the price quoted is the same price I end up paying. As with any contractor, you should always clearly communicate what you want done and be sure everyone's on the same page. One time when Tom was unavailable, I had a friend's plumber come over to do a quick repair. After looking under the house, my friend's plumber (without any prompting from me) commented at how "excellent" Tom's work was from a prior job. On a personal note, Tom's a swell guy! I had no reservations when he offered to communicate directly with tenants during the project. I always recommend Tom without any reservation. He has the keys to my house and often does work there without me ever being home. Although Tom is not the least expensive plumber around, he is also not the most expensive. So, if you're looking for a cheap plumber (who does cheap work), Tom is not your guy. However, if you want excellent work at a reasonable price, call Tom right away!
