Where do I even begin... This is BY FAR the most reliable and professional property management company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Adel Rafael is an absolute God-send. He listens to your questions and concerns and makes sure to go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. As soon as I spoke with him I knew I wasn't going to be able to find ANYONE better than him to manage my property. In addition to Adel he has the loveliest staff on hand. The women that work in the office are always so helpful and well mannered. It is always a pleasure calling into the office and getting to speak with them. I have worked with Adel and his company for almost half a year now. All I can say is that they have done an amazing job for me. They told me what to do to make my house more rentable. I did exactly what they told me to do. My house was rented within weeks after I handed it over to Adel. I do not have to deal with all the stresses being a property owner. It's pretty much hassle free so far. If I have a question, I text Adel and he texts back within minutes. As a business owner, I know he really cares about his business and clients. For the last couple of years, I've had much difficulty finding a reasonable property management firm for the single rental unit I own in LA. I've gone through no less than 5 firms, all who've charged very much north of the industry standard 10% of monthly gross but falling far short of promises and baseline expectations.
Enter Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley and Adel. Even though I have only 1 unit for rent and probably don't have the volume their existing clients have, RPM WSFV has nonetheless treated me with at least a basic level of dignity, courtesy and professionalism, which is difficult to find in this business nowadays. Their professionalism shines, such as when they took the effort to send me a comparative rental analysis report pulled from MLS data, not from rent.com screenshots, which my previous PM firms did (I'm serious! Something I could've done on my own. Why would I need a PM firm then??) before I signed any contracts with RPM WSFV. And based on these reports, RPM believes there's room to raise rents, which we'll revisit once the hectic holidays are over, unlike what my previous PM firm told me. Call me impressed. I've only been their client for a couple of months, but so far, the initial setup and transfers from my prior PM firm have gone off without a hitch. On top of all this, there's 1 upfront lifetime marketing fee of $500, and their cut is below industry standard!
