DROPPED PC OFF ON MONDAY AFTERNOON, THEY CALLED WEDNESDAY TELLING ME THE PROBLEM. THEY CALLED FRIDAY AM, THAT IT WAS READY AND COULD BE PICKED UP.

MY COMPUTER WAS FROZEN, AND I CALLED HIM, AND HE HELPED ME OVER THE PHONE. I DIDN'T GET A CHARGE FOR THAT HELP. I LIKE THE GUY BECAUSE HE IS VERY OPEN MINDED, AND REASONABLE.
