Winds blew over a wood fence separating us & our neighbors. We all decided to try for vinyl fencing rather than re-building wood fence. We got a few estimates, Hutch gave us the best estimate AND was very communicative & easy to talk to.
He made a few suggestions & discussed things thoroughly.
He was able to get all installed on very short notice, job took only 1 full day, the crew was nice, good workers & clean.
Hutch came by to get job started, came by at the end & was available if needed during, via email & phone.
I'd only use this company for any fence needs, or anything else they do!

I've got a quote with Hutch for a 90 Ln ft fence and after 4 days i had the fence completely installed and it looks great. 
Hutch and his crew arrived on time, they were very professional and polite and they installed my fence in one day, actually by 2pm they were done and the site spotless. I am super happy with the results.

Hutch and his company is amazing.  He had great suggestions when he first came out to the property.  Since I was splitting the cost with my neighbor, there was a lot of back-and-forth as far as getting the best price, etc.  Outdoor Living had great reviews here and on Yelp, and the price was right inline with my online searches.  One of the best parts: Hutch allowed two separate contracts and bills, so my neighbor and I could have peace of mind.  His crew of two (!) showed up at 8am and were finished by 1pm.  Unbelievable. They just knocked it out like nothing.  Fence looks amazing--glittering white, like a row of teeth.  Look no further.  Very happy.

Hutch was quiet spoken ... helpful in decisions, but not pushy.  He gave me the best price of 3 bids by almost $500.  He brought the materials that morning and let me know exactly when to expect the installers.  They arrived on time and started working right away.  It was hot that day and I didn't hear a complaint out of anyone.  They fence was up, ready to go ... and the old fence was
hauled off inside of 5 hours.  If only all people worked that way.  I would recommend Hutch and his crew to anyone looking for a good vinyl installer.

It cost two thousand dollars for sixty linear feet. The quality of the work was probably the best that I have seen. Their crew know how to put up fences. I am completely satisfied with the design, the aesthetics of the fence and the attention to detail that they provided. However on follow up bids, I think the prices that were quoted were ridiculously over priced. I paid two thousand dollars for sixty feet of vinyl linear fence and then just to put in two gates, he wanted twelve thousand dollars.

Outdoor Living did 2 gates for me...one a large driveway gate and the second an alley gate.  Both were terrific in quality.  They were punctual, and very professional.  I would recommend them highly.

Hutch came out quickly for a free estimate and scheduled the job as soon as they had an availability, after he ordered all of the custom materials. He had a cancelation and was able to come even sooner than we expected, which was great news for us! He was very nice and knowledgeable. The day of installation, the workers came on time and were very nice and efficient. They even had to deal with an unexpected irate neighbor who at the last minute had a problem with the location of the fence. They had already poured the concrete and had to move the fence over a few inches. They did this with no complaints and no additional charge. In addition, they handled the entire interaction with the very rude and obnoxious neighbor with complete professionalism. Not only was everyone a complete pleasure to work with, the fence looks great! Changes the whole appearance of the front yard and keeps our son safe. We love it and highly reccomend working with this company if you are in need of any fencing.

Salesman was very professional and organized.  He went over everything and I was pleased with the pricing and the product. They came in as promised and on time and finished the job on schedule in 3 days.  My fence looks great, I am very happy with the work and would hire Outdoor Living again.

After researching vinyl fencing and realizing we could have brand new fence for much more reasonable price, I found Outdoor Living to be the right crew for the job. Hutch was very friendly, professional and explained everything from A-Z. I was pleased with his proposal and the neighbor agreed with the plan. They came on time, did an excellent job and now the fence looks amazing. On my side, we decided to put a gate on short notice and Hutch was able to fit in our late addition to the contract very quickly. The old fence was taken down, new posts went up, the gate was in place and everything was cleaned up by mid afternoon. I have a few more fencing projects in mind and I know Hutch is the man for the job.
