My wooden door from garage to back yard was hard to close depending on weather. Olen handyman came to inspect, gave me an estimate, and fixed the same day. He did the final adjustment swiftly after listening to my comments. After that I asked him to paint 2.5 doors outside the garage and a metal frame parapet on top of the decorative front roof on Saturday. The original quote was two workers for speed, but an emergency showed up before the set time. He did it professionally himself without help till later afternoon the helper showed up. The quoted price remained the same and he used the remaining paint to paint extra area of one door for free.
