Brandon and his team did an amazing job at packing and protecting our belongings. Brandon knew how to take care of everything from disassembling our furniture to packing up our fragile and electronics. He was super efficient and friendly. Best job ever.

I called Northstar moving and Steve Anthony and his crew came on time and did a fantastic job! They made the whole move a breeze and were very delicate with all of my belongings and caused no damage to anything! On top of that they were extremely fast! These guys know what they're doing, will definitely use again for my next move!

NorthStar was very good working with us. We were unable to be there when they picked up the items, so we had someone else be there for us, which they were fine with. Otherwise, we would have had to change the moving date, creating other problems. The guys were efficient when delivering the furniture to our home and setting it up where we wanted it.

My 78-year-old mother used this coming due to very good recommendations. Sadly we did not unpack all boxes right away and three weeks later we find she is missing a valuable (both sentimental and monetarily) clock. These movers were so quick to have us review them here on Angie's List before they left. Now I feel violated because this clock was obviously stolen. Something in their contract about valuation which apparently was not gone over carefully enough with her. It certainly can't be expected to go through everything to make sure you received your belongings before the movers depart. Please be forewarned!

Great. NorthStar frankly was more expensive than some of the quotes I received. But they (pardon the pun) did deliver. Eduardo, Orlando and Emmanuel showed up to my house on time and got straight to work. They did a great job. They listened to my concerns and took great care of my stuff. They were professional, courteous and (unbelievably) finished early. My delivery went just as smoothly. My stuff was out of the truck and in the house in a matter of hours. And this included having to shift into a smaller truck - no thanks to my narrow street. Not a single item in my move was damaged.

The move went spectacularly well. NorthStar coordinated extensively with us by phone and email through multiple changes of the move date (due to our problems not theirs) with total curtesy and professionalism. The packing crew showed up on time and was friendly, professional, efficient, and respectful of us and our goods. We have moved a number of times and this was best moving crew we have ever had. The goods were delivered exactly on schedule to our new home and arrived in near perfect condition. We had absolutely minimal damage to our goods, by far the least damage to our household goods of any move we have made. Post-move Northstar was responsive and settled the minimal claims quickly and to our satisfaction.
