+ -1 moreM & S provided service in a timely fashion, efficiently, & effectively, where larger companies up-priced the job, claiming the entire house needed repiping- due to one small leak! Price was reasonable as well & service has been provided reliably by M & S for our general plumbing needs for over 15 years (though we just joined Angie's List).
Description of Work: Galvanized pipe sprang a leak in water supply in not easy to get at area (above garage & between 1st & 2nd story). Dave, company owner, was able to effectively access area & patch the leak with a plumbing clamp, all within 45 minutes & the same day as our service call. He did not recommend a full housewide copper repipe. Other large scale plumbing companies claimed: 1) leak was not accessible or repairable & 2) only solution was a whole house copper repipe at cost of nearly $8000! Even though this is the first such repair & the leak itself was small.
