legacy estate sales

We interviewed two other very fine firms, but after careful consideration Legacy Estate Sales was our choice. I am so thankful that we went with them! Linda and Gary of Legacy Estate sales are wonderful, and so is everyone who works with them. The process of downsizing and selling many beloved pieces of furniture and treasured personal collections was not only emotional, but seemed almost impossible to handle logistically until Linda and Gary came to see our home. Their appreciation for the items as well as for the personal issues involved in the process itself helped us to decide take those first steps, and they assisted us every step of the way. Their remarkable and genuine caring and sensitivity was matched by their extreme professionalism. Everyone on their knowledgeable and personable staff handled everything with great care, and were always eager to learn more about the origin and backstory of the pieces in order to price them correctly. Additionally, each item and/or category was well researched according to current market trends before price setting. They were exactly right on their estimates of what the total sale would bring. They went well beyond my expectations in the way that they advertised the sale. The online photos and promotions were very well done and appealing. The conventional advertising was great. The street signage on the day of the sale was extremely well-placed for maximum impact. Though there were literally hundreds of pieces, each was priced and inventoried individually. I received payment within 7-10 days, which amazed me, given the sheer volume. There was also a follow-up check a little later, with the sale of a few more pieces after the on site sale was over.. I am planning to have them handle more items that I currently have in storage. I could not have been happier with their services!
