We are a family owned business, licensed contractors with the State of California since 1979, specialized in swimming pool construction and electrical among many other trades learned over the years. We have been a Certified Property Home Inspector since 2008, also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors which continuing educational training is an integral aspect of InterNACHI's mission to help inspectors maintain inspection excellence.

Being a cautious person, I also got two other quotes and found them to be in the same ballpark. However, the other contractors didn't discuss their quotes with me, nor did they itemize them. Their attitude seemed to be that they were the experts so I'd better trust them. As a result, I decided not to use them.
Darryl performed the salt water conversion on time and within budget, even though there were a couple of unexpected glitches that could have slowed progress and cost more. He absorbed them into the overall contract, and worked extra hours to make sure everything was done on time. Since then, the salt water system has worked flawlessly and my wife and I are very happy!
Darryl's expertise quickly became apparent as he was able to not only determine the problem but fixed it quickly. He also pointed out some discrepancies in the pool heater piping which meant it was not up to code. He fixed that as well for no extra cost, even though it was technically not related to the original problem.
What I really appreciated was that Darryl took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing and why. This was a refreshing change from the way some technical specialists have treated me in the past.
After his repairs, the heater worked perfectly!
