He'll go the extra mile and truly cares about his customers' experiences - a rare find in a landscape of deal closing, bottom line retailers. Support the independent retailer, rather than big box. You'll never get the kind of customer service I received from Kiva at a Home Depot or Best Buy. It just wouldn't happen.
