They provided excellent service. I don't think he charged me anything because he couldn't recover the data, I think that was the deal. If he could recover the data, he would charge me based on what it took to recover it but he basically determined the data was unrecovered. But I thought he was very professional about how he went about it. He could have ripped me off. He could have told me that whether he would recover it or not, it was going to cost me money and he didn't. That to me told me that he was trustworthy and I would recommend him. I would give him A's across the board. I don't think his bedside manner was great but it's technology business, I don't think those guys spend a whole lot of time developing their bedside manner. He did a very good job of just diagnosing what the issue was and whether he could do anything to fix what I had done. The quality of service was very direct. It was not anything with sugar coat and it was very fine speaking about what the issue was and what he could and couldn't do.
