I would recommend him.  He was inexpensive and efficient.  He came and went real fast.  I didn't tell him how old my roof was because I didn't want him to tell me that it’s an old roof and must be bad.  It is a 30-year old roof.  He went up there and inspected it.  He said there were roof nails and I need to get somebody to nail down some of the roof nails on the ridge.  He asked me to take care of the rust-oleum paint on the vent.  Other than that, he said that the roof could be good for another 30 years.  He was here for about an hour and then he went into the attic to see if he could see any problems.  He did all that for just $50 and I couldn't believe it.  I left messages for other companies that I wanted only the roof inspected and not the whole house inspected.  The guy from one of the companies said he would come and do it for $75.  I was fine with it, but he never showed up.  I left messages over the phone and other companies didn't call me back because it was a very small job.  One of the companies came back and left me a message on my phone that they didn't want to do anything that small.  I feel a lot of them didn't want to be bothered.  I was very impressed with David and I would refer him to anybody.
