 + -1 moreBadly. Don't buy from them. If you email them don't expect a reply. It should never take four months to receive a pair of walking shoes. I have learned a lesson, the hard way.
Description of Work: During the latter part of July I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, paid for them in advance, plus shipping, etc. I received the wrong size, returned them per directions, PLUS shipping, and requested a size larger. After four weeks I emailed them asking for the status of my order and got no response. I called and was told they were "back ordered". Following numerous emails and several phone calls I was informed that they were still on back order (September,,,October....now November) and was asked to wait "a little longer". After arguing with the supervisor of "Customer Service" I asked for a complete refund, including postage. I was told that this would be done. I received my statement yesterday and there was no refund on this statement. I strongly suggest that no one order anything from this company. Their customer service department is non-responsive and this only leads to frustration on behalf of the buyer.
