Lawn Tool Repair
Called and asked if they would do follow-up repair for free and was told that it could be done for 50% off. Since neither of us could be sure if this was the same problem from January and I knew I would have to pay full price at another shop, I accepted his offer. I was somewhat satisfied with this offer, and he did the repairs promptly, also adding a handscrew I had been missing for several years. I think repairs should be guaranteed, especially over the short term (1 month), and he did guarantee this repair for 3 months. It was a good, but not outstanding experience overall.
